what can enable prefetchw on pc. 

will win 10 latest version support without prefetchw? 

if you're asking prefetch, runs in background , should left alone.  did disable it?  why want know enabling it?

it not necessary disable prefetch avoid high cpu, ram or hard drive usage if causing issue last long takes initialize , not persist - same indexing , other services need run lot initialize when windows first installed or upgraded.  wait @ least week these calm down, unless performance hampered , can ask here help.
