have windows 10 tablet comes 32gb internal memory. trying upgrade latest windows 10 creator's update using usb thumb drive, somehow stuck @ bootload message: "please insert external storage media , press ok". try remove thumb drive , reinserted no response. plug thumb drive windows 10 updated compute, says cannot recognize device. nothing can do. though have 32gb sd card. how can fix this?

its possible install media wasn't created. try downloading fresh copy try again:

step 2: how prepare bootable install media windows 10 - dvd, usb or sd card
