Sound Issues, Updates don't complete - Microsoft Community

i had reinstall windows 10 , since then, sound has disappeared. have worked company on many fixes , nothing has worked. had install bluetooth speaker inconvenient , doesn't work microphone. when run sound troubleshooter, recognizes bluetooth speak , says it's unplugged. have tried uninstall speaker , still tries pull every time. clear, don't want troubleshoot bluetooth speaker, want sound on laptop work can rid of bluetooth speaker. picks speaker monitor doesn't exist.

to add problem, windows ask schedule update , when runs, restarts computer , "choose keyboard language" screen pops , when choose language "troubleshoot pc" or "turn off pc" screen pops up. i've chosen troubleshoot , nothing works. have turn off , restart. of course, once restart, message windows not able complete updates go through whole cycle every day. 

i'm willing system restore won't let me when try. help.
