okay computer screen few months ago turned solid purple , cant on it. cursor doesnt appear , buttons on computer nothing. have no idea have caused this, think had closed computer when playing sims 4 bc wouldnt shut off , tried restarting it. ive done before no problem been ages. ive restarted computer , taken out battery , stays there. fixed or need new computer??? *note: computers screen doesnt work since screen cracked actual computer still works hook tv via hdmi go on it, not sure if matters*
