Install Windows 10 on another Hard Drive due to issue with windows - Microsoft Community

hi 

i have windows 10 home edition installed in old hard drive upgraded windows 8.1. came cross serious issue installation , can not boot system in way , giving me blue screen bad system config info. have tried other way retrieve windows didn't work. can not refresh or rest system. have got online account email address can not sign in in administrative in troubleshooting page else.  i had plan upgrade hard drive , want now. can have access old 1 os file. way can use licences upgraded windows 10 have in old hard drive use in new one?

if did free upgrade , kept updates computer activated.

go , change hard drive , clean install using media creation tool.  read instructions.
