Failure down loading KB 4022716 (4 automatic trials on - Microsoft Community

i have hp computer, running windows 10 version 1703 build 15063,413.

i checked see if update current periodically.  since has shown "up-to-date last checked either today or yesterday + time".  since know there might update coming @ end of june, checked detailed history , surprised kb 4022716 failed 4 times on june 29. june 29 & 30 , july 1 showed "up-to-date".  manually checked on july 2 @ 12:38 am.  still shows "it up-to-date check today 12:38 am"  going on?  information trust?  did microsoft retract update?  why 2 information contradict, , microsoft did not try next couple of days automatically?  should do?

is same computer - not same problem - in previous thread of yours?...
