Error 80070490 when installing Security Update for Windows 7 for - Microsoft Community

have windows 7 , have been trying install security update windows 7 x64-based systems (kb2705219).  get following error: 80070490.  i ran windows update troubleshooter, , told me service registration missing or corrupt. can't find solution applies me, great if me. thanks!
