computer boots to select keyboard screen computer is not touch screen - Microsoft Community

sometime @ beginning of year, there large windows 10 update , when computer restarted went automatic repair screen and leaves me select keyboard type screen no way me select neither keyboard or mouse function. computer running window 7 , has been updated next version each 1 became available

any suggestions appreciated
