Cannot upgrade to latest version of Windows ten error code 0x80029c4a - Microsoft Community

couple of issues recently. upgrade creators edition of windows 10 gets far downloading keels on the 0x80029c4a error code. seems have many potential reasons i'm experiencing problems explorer in being unable right click properties of file or desktop icon. have run sfc finds problems can't fix , run dism fails same error code. 

the followinbg final section of sfc log file. advice other reinstall. i'm running windows 10 pro upgraded w7 pro.

the support example shows resolution symptom requires more details specific incident.  if dism restorehealth command doesn't change symptom need figure out details might yours.

run dism fails same error code. 

please include relevant cbs.log (not dism.log, point cbs.log; however, timestamp dism.log used index cbs.log).
