Burn DVD - Microsoft Community

dears,

i have burn dvds , long time ago  ( 3 years ago ) show on dvd burn , there information .. when ever try open dvd using windows 7 nothing shows blank.

please how can data ?

• have tried checking if dvd works on different computer?
• can check if can re-burn dvd?
• have tried cleaning disc , check if works? if disc clean, check whether damaged.
