how long take microsoft send account verification code? 2 seconds? 2 minutes? 2 hours? or 2 days?

by time code arrives request has timed out , im locked out. can no longer use windows store on pc despite fact microsoft resolved issue.

now happening on xbox!

if dont want me buy stuff stop asking me buy stuff!
