Windows Store is not working properly in Win 10 CU - Microsoft Community

so, after windows 10 updated creators version, windows store apps dead. application i'm opening stuck on logo:

also, apps won't install, stuck on licence acquiring:

tried use troubleshooter, reset cache, faced error:

please try these ways:

reset windows store cache

• right-click start button , choose run open run window
• in run window, type in wsreset.exe , click ok
• when reset complete, window close , store window open

reset "windows store" app

• open settings > system > apps & features
• in list on right, "store"
• once you've found it, click on item , click advanced options
• in window opens, click reset
• reboot pc

run system file checker (sfc)

• please take @ article: use system file checker tool repair missing or corrupted system files

create new user account

• create local user account in windows 10
• once you've created it, click on new account profile > change account type > choose "administrator" , click ok
• login new account , problem should fixed there
