Windows Anniversary Update Download Hung at 99% - Microsoft Community

bought new acer aspire es15 , have gone through initial setup.  of course, needed multiple windows 10 updates due lapse of time between manufacture date , purchase.  of has gone many of windows 10 updates installing successfully.  here's problem:  last update required windows 10 feature (anniversary) update download.  downloaded to 82% , no further.  i'd restart , checked updates again, , i'd 92% , i'd restart again and got 97%.  restarted again , got 99% downloaded.  have run windows update troubleshooter , did fix few errors.   no matter do, can't feature update download 100%, , thereafter installed.  thoughts on complete download?  i'm not techie please elementary me.

reply.  wound doing restore pc beginning when first turned on.  went through normal 1st-time setup procedures , went settings/windows update , checked updates.  , let sit , thing , went bed.  morning completed downloads including feature update , able install them  eureka!
