Trojan virus - Microsoft Community

hi there,

i had pop showing had totally blocked laptop , many windows started open randomly , quickly, voice saying microsoft , had detected 'infected critical trojan' virus , call number block otherwise diffuse personal data, credit card number, facebook account etc.. hackers.

i followed instructions close browser, i'm not sure if worked correctly (the instructions in english, settings in laptop in italian..). anyway, voice , siren stopped , browser closed. seems normal.. can access internet, opened couple of different files, , seem working correctly.

how can sure virus gone good?

how know hasn't damaged or, worse, hasn't got access personal accounts , files??

can safe surfing online , entering passwords?

and also, had enter password of laptop in order unlock , proceed instructions close browser, how can sure hasn't been 'stolen' hackers , no 1 try access computer , data , files , passwords access different accounts, email, bank, facebook??

i know it's lots of questions, don't know , ain't got no idea how these things work it's been first time has happened me.

microsoft and/or associated companies never in touch through "popups", phone calls (unless made arrangements them), etc.,

and your computer not send out reports saying infected malware or has problems.

you 1 knows if have given them remote access.

if have given them remote access , if you internet banking, contact bank, explain them , change passwords.

if use credit card online, cancel , new 1 issued you.

and way willl know free of them save data , clean install of operating system.
