i messing files not important me apparently important windows 10 os. yesterday trying shut down computer didn't shut down. tried put on sleep, didn't either. unplugged wall plugged in hopping work. doing made worse because booted , had blue screen on said,"recovery- pc/device needs repaired- boot configuration data pc missing or contains errors. error code: 0xc0000034."

note everyone, had windows 10. it's not upgrading saw in other posts. couldn't find post same problem having. 

another thing add on, contacted tech supporter yesterday try , fix problem, , said needed download on bootable usb(which helped me do), when plugged broken computer, didn't said would. did same thing when first had problem.

at point, have no clue do, , worried have buy new windows 10 key.

before download , create bootable copy, try following:

how download official windows 10 iso files

a) @ install screen

b) click repair computer

c) click advanced options

d) click troubleshoot

e) click startup repair

f) follow on screen instructions
