re SYSTEM IMAGE BACKUP: file history is off - Microsoft Community

typed 'file history' in control panel seach box.

result window stating 'file ihistory s off',plus 'no usable drive found".

"recommend connecting external hard drive backup".

*a recovery drive d:\ shown in"this pc",however. not recognized?

i think wise backup system image on machine.

i have external hd also,(empty far),& intend backup there later.

firstly can advise if problem exists re above backup recovery d:\

& how solve?
