Question regarding resetting the PC and windows.old - Microsoft Community

if pc reset using "remove everything" option (settings --> update , security --> recovery --> reset pc --> remove everything), personal files still in windows.old folder after reset done?  are recoverable in way?

also, there way interrupt resetting process , still keep 1 had on pc (os , files included) intact?

when select remove everything, removes on pc including folders , drivers. puts software same condition when started pc first time when purchased it.

interrupting reset process may cause corruption.
