hi sherief,

looks encountering challenges on downloading apps on windows 10 device. recommend perform following methods , see if issue persists.

method 1: reset windows store

  1. press the windows key+ r key, launch run dialog box.
  2. type in wsreset.exe and press enter.

method 2: troubleshooter windows apps

if issue still persists, refer support article download link run troubleshooter windows apps.

give update on result , glad assist further.
