How to I see the tags added to my photos - Microsoft Community

i painstakingy tagged 1,000s of photos in photo gallery, running in windows 10.  last weekend had bit of tidy of laptop , re-installed clean version of operating systems backing  my document, image , essential files external drive.  i find out since january microsoft not longer supporting photo galllery.  how find photo tags essential filing system there not seem tag functon in photo , missing soemthing.  surely fundemantal fearure has not been removed entirely.  these tags crucial me finding images need submit end of year submission photography exam.

although support has ended, windows essentials 2012 programs continue work.
