edge browser broken by June 2017 updates - Microsoft Community

it appears june 2017 updates have broken edge browser.

1st machine received updates late on 13th (uk). edge browser tries start , halts, locks , crashes. spent few hours trying fix , rolled (after doing recommended things in many posts) using system restore. ok machine reloaded updates. did reboot , browser crashes.

2nd machine got updates pm. restarted , browser crashes..... 

3rd machine has had updates know happen can't stop applying updates.

don't know causing problem i'll sit , wait ms work out they've broken it. 

posting stop people wasting time working out what's happened. ie11 still works firefox , chrome.

exactly same desktop. strange thing laptop running same version of windows working o.k.

only difference can find desktop downloaded 4 updates including 1 silverlight laptop did not silverlight one.
