cortana responds "hey cortana" seems not hear request. typing works fine.

we'd know more information issue you're experiencing cortana. please answer questions below:

  • when did issue start happen? did cortana ever responded before?
  • were there updates/changes device prior issue happening?
  • what current windows 10 build? can find out pressing windows key + r on keyboard, , type winver.
  • any troubleshooting steps you've done far resolve issue?
