Windows (10) repeated failure in initial boot (stuck at - Microsoft Community

please help, running out of ideas new (open-box) samsung tabpro s (sm-w703nzkabtu) - preinstalled windows 10 pro won't boot, factory recovery image - same, clean new installation via pendrive gets stuck right after reboot @ stage of "preparing devices". 

i have tried factory default settings in bios (first version of it, can't see way upgrade without os, samsung provides .exe file). 

the story goes this: open box, plug device in, power on , gets stuck after 10 seconds of post model name logo brightly lit in center of black screen, , small circle of dots spinns , after 10 sec stops in random shape. 

then tried various function keys , buttons on post recovery options. can access uefi (barely options available), , samsung recovery factory image in it, restores image without problems , after reboot stuck @ same point - thing works holding power key 8 secs. (not sure what's pattern) blue screen, half of time it's bsod says reboot device, instead it's getting stuck @ bsod , need hard reset it. other time it's menu of boot options, can choose instance safe mode. 

when trying boot in safe mode says "windows cannot complete installation in safe mode" , reboots. 

when installing freshly stick gets stuck @ "preparing devices" stage, again half of time screen remains lit, other time it's black , unresponsive, hard reset works. oddly enough, though format partition after 3 installations can point of os selection (each says windows 10 on disk 3) none of options works. 

the boot repair tool usb stick cannot repair installation. 

the thing haven't tried yet (trying right now) leave fresh install stuck overnight, since far patience went out after few hours. 

any ideas? please help~!

it possible hardware device causing windows crash. kindly answer questions below clarification:

  • are getting error messages when windows crashes?
  • have tried checking hard drive errors?
