recently, pc repeatedly crashes - on startup. have made no changes believe there recent update. i'm wondering if issue affects machines ssd. ideas? had same problem many months ago, seemed cure itself.

• are there error messages showing on end?
• what current build version of device? can find out information pressing windows key + r on keyboard, , type 'winver' on window appear , press enter on keyboard.
• any troubleshooting steps you've done resolve issue?
