windows 10 problems - Microsoft Community

continue have problems windows 10. had reset 4 weeks ago and

now looks need reset again.

problem

there 1 30 second delay keyboard input till see response.

many program wont open , ones take 30 seconds.

i have run many diagnostics have no success in resolving problem.

is there way re-install window 10 without losing program apps , data

i have plenty of available storage , memory. computer toshiba i3

in windows 10 depends on the  quality of install.  work through windows 10 performance , install integrity checklist - microsoft community  to make sure install set correctly, optimized best performance, , needed repairs done. 

 

if steps cannot performed try whichever method works  how enter windows 10's safe mode  to safe mode networking may work better perform of steps, or advanced startup options use command prompt at boot run repair commands in  checklist.

 

if you’ll report go, may have other steps indicated.  complete them all.

if nothing else works can reinstall windows while keeping files, programs , settings running windows 10 repair upgrade.  if don't have creators version 1703 (check @ settings>system>about) can while @ same time installing latest version running latest media media creation tool .
