installed new update,  after  going through welcome start instead of going desktop,  all blank screen.  can help after  a  long time waiting desktop picture comes on task bar shows nothing , seems freeze not allowing me or uninstall update 

press control + alt + del on keyboard

click sign out

  • hold down shift key on keyboard while clicking power button on screen.
  • continue hold down shift key while clicking restart.
  • continue hold down shift key until advanced recovery options menu appears.
  • click troubleshoot
  • click advanced options
  • click startup settings
  • click restart
  • press (4) enable safe mode
  • wait while windows 10 starts in safe mode.
  • log in
  • press windows key + x
  • click device manager
  • expand display adapter
  • right click display adapter , click uninstall
  • exit device manager
  • if have older antivirus utility uninstall it.
  • restart

you might need go working computer, download latest video driver computer, save thumbdrive. copy affected computer , install it. if there no native windows 10 driver, download latest windows 7 or windows 8.1 video driver , install in compatibility mode.
