Unable to unlock Bit locker protected drive in windows 8.1? - Microsoft Community

i m using windows 8.1 pro 64bit. tried lock external drive using bit locker, changed mind , cancelled whole setup without entering password or clicking options , directly red cross.  

then reconnect drive again , shows this:

on clicking box, or when trying opening drive, unable open.

1) restarted pc , connected drive againc-- no .

2) tried in bitlocker encrypt in control panel --> unlock drive ..... still nothing working.

please me solve it. drive has lots of data , dont want lose them.
