no internet access - Microsoft Community

using windows 8 in laptop , started using router month. whenever connect router keeps on showing "no internet access" though can use internet linux in laptop. please me solution.

in order assist effectively, kindly verify following:

  • were there recent changes made computer prior issue? (os update or upgrade, software installation, etc.)
  • do have third-party anti-virus?
  • have tried connecting laptop different network? did same error message?
