i have windows 8 can i download windows movie maker - Microsoft Community

i filmed video in portrait  mode , want rotate - having difficulties downloading  windows movie maker -  trial version , can't save    on windows 8 -   i  missed update windows 10!!

please informed support windows movie maker , other related applications under windows essentials 2012 has ended on january 10, 2017. suggest check similar application on windows store.
