following error message - Microsoft Community

have windows 10 , have install bartender software version 10. following error message:
"error 1723. there problem windows installer package. dll required install complete not run. contact support personnel or package vendor." need thank much

you may have limited rights install programs or software on computer. let's try add username , provide full access. please follow steps below:

1. right-click windows key , select file explorer.
   
2. navigate c:\users|(your username)\appdata\local.
3. right-click temp folder, click properties.
4. click on security tab, click edit.
5. click on add , add username , give full access.
