i know how open computer without opening in hotmail account , requiring password.

recently changed password forgot had changed in full caps , when tried log on caps off of course not let me in not let me change password either not computer fortunately memory returned , realised problem frightening not know great deal on how computers work.

to make sure not happen again can make computer open in desktop gives me access accounts , computer can in simple terms please.
