cannot install xerox phaser 5800 printer - Microsoft Community

i unable install xerox phaser 5800 printer driver. using windows 8.1 64 bit single language. whenever try add printer, says "printer driver not installed. unable find core driver package" have uninstalled printer many times still problem persists. please help.

go printer manufacturer's website > key in printer model number , operating system.

uninstall/reinstall printer using latest drivers there operating system.

most printer manufacturer's have troubleshooting steps take listed there, too.
