Windows Update - Prevents Appliations from Loading - Microsoft Community

update kb4015217 preventing number of applications in our environment loading.

we have perform following steps applications run:

uninstall windows update kb4015217

  • windows update
  • update history
  • uninstall update

reboot

run “windows update hide tool”

hide update kb4015217

can't boot uninstall update. suggestions?
