Upper right Display screen - Microsoft Community

there 2 numbers in short black band in upper right of screen. numbers 060   002.  the 060 stays same other changes  001 002, 003 etc time time.  i don't know is. have hp laptop win 8.  the numbers block red selection bar(?).
