Tried to sync live.co.uk email in Thunderbird - Microsoft Community

tried sync live.co.uk email in thunderbird keeps coming "configuration not verified - username or password wrong?

hi bob,

when add email account email app, attempt set imap access, without input you. if email app has difficulty adding email account, it's because email account set pop access. in case, need go email provider , find out name of pop , smtp server can enter info email app.

feel free post should have further concerns.
