"Windows System Event Notification Service" alert - Microsoft Community

when booting up, getting "windows system event notification service" alert (and after boot up, screen view different).  windows 7 pro, sp1, critical updates installed.  1 post april 2017 mentioned, running bitdefender total security 2017.  has alert has been popping 6-8 weeks.  how can fix this?

to isolate concern regarding windows alert, we'd ask following:

  • are using wireless keyboard?
  • have run antivirus scan computer?
