Can't open Edge. - Microsoft Community

even can't open cortana now. click on , opens , closes in less second.

edge opens normal. of times won't. followed of solutions on internet such youtube. got stuck somewhere , failed complete whole process. files might have got deleted or become corrupt.

hi,

to better concern, please answer following questions:

  • what troubleshooting steps have done?
  • are getting error message when trying access edge?
  • did make changes on computer before encountered issue?

in meantime, suggest boot computer in safe mode , check if issue still occurs.

we'll waiting response.
