Windows 7 Home Premuim Upgrading Into Windows 10 - Microsoft Community

i have been trying upgrade windows 7 home premuim 32-bit (x86) windows 10 recently, everytime attempt upgrading, tells me "error code: 0x80070424-0x90016". have been trying find solution problem, can't.

my windows version stated above, windows 7 home premuim 32-bit (x86) service pack 1. have avast antivirus too.

if not, not recommended upgrade or if must, backup attempt direct clean install.
