i bought pc , , have been trying upload windows 10 , first time quit on supposedly due internet connectivity , has uploaded 99% , not finish , don't know how or do?

kindly wait updates installed, may take longer install windows updates. also, make sure have stable internet connection. if still experience issues windows updates, may run windows update troubleshooter. check out link.
