Windows 10 Labels Missing and icons Glitching! - Microsoft Community

okay so, working perfectly until today (april 3rd - 2017) when got notified there new update windows. so, did install new windows update , when install completed, computer rebooted. said "hi, installing new update pc, might take few minutes. screen went black , said "let's go!". desktop popped-up , saw strange. labels , icons missing! rebooted computer few times problem still there. if can take @ image above, can see labels , icons missing. not windows! it's missing applications paint. in apps windows settings , windows store nothing missing.

i need fast since need use computer important things , cannot bug! please need quick! thank you!

if help:
- acer 4k monitor (3840 x 2160 @ 60hz) scale , layout: 175%

- intel core i7 - 4790k @ 4.0 ghz

- msi geforce gtx 1070 graphics card latest nvidia update

- 2x8 gb ddr3

i kept on windows 10, , today happened again... trying check email on daughter´s login when chrome started close automatically... not start again...

then noticed time on lower corner of windows menu 22:41, of sudden 22:4 !!! beginning of disappearence of characters!

i logged on login again , there no character in desktop.....

it had happened again...

ok. returned new restore.....

now my desktop windows 10 pro version 1703 build 15063.413. give chance. hope better , doesn´t take me ghost state again...
