what need down load windows 7 professional sp1 lap top? 1 have now, not have windows features turned on , sp2 has been uninstalled, kind of shows files might be; not sure files might be. better off windows 10? got comfortable 7 , 10 looks scary me. windows 7 security essentials has stopped working, audio service has quit running, windows security center service has stopped working, apps on laptop trying administrators , crashing. not have internet explorer either. apparently removed without knowledge. help! do?
