USB Peripheral Issue After KB4022405 - Microsoft Community

after windows automatically installed latest update, usb peripherals have started misbehaving. tried multiple usb headphones no avail. (tried usual tricks of restarting sound services, uninstalling , reinstalling usb audio drivers etc) , nothing worked. 

noticed hotas warthog throttle not working either. 

multiple usb ports tried. devices detected met "failed play test tone

have tried uninstalling recent update on computer?

remove update in windows 10, kindly follow steps below:

1. select start, select settings  > update & security> windows update  > advanced options > view update history > uninstall updates.

2. select update want remove, select uninstall.
