Stuck in "Restarting" after Windows 10 Reset - Microsoft Community

this morning decided reset computer default factory settings, using windows 10 reset pc option. computer collected information , began restart perform reformatting , reinstallation. pc stuck @ "restarting" screen dots spinning in circle. not want hit restart (physical button) or power button because not want cause damage. there solutions issue?

method 1:

try unplug usb peripherals connected computer.

method 2:

1. press ctrl + alt + delete, launch task manager.

2. check "hanging" programs failed close.

3. right-click on program , select end task.
