Reinstall Windows - Microsoft Community

hello! i factory reset computer accidentally unplugged laptop when reinstalling windows. now, keep getting "the computer unexpectedly or encountered unexpected error. windows installation cannot proceed. install windows, click ok restart computer, n restart installation." if helps, @ 10% when reinstalling windows. after did research found article said go command prompt , type regedit , press enter. did said go to hklocal machine/system/setup/status/childcompletion , highlight childcompletion. next step go on right hand side check setup.exe. if value 1 change 3.(by double clicking on setup.exe , changing value shown in box). 

i did of , keeps restarting computer. never did "setup preparing computer frst use"

here's computer info:

manufacturer , product name: acer aspire sw5-012

i'm not sure how able "5.0 setuputility" after pressing couple of buttons. try keep on screen until able help. have second computer, fyi. thank you! appreciated. now, don't remember windows version remember didn't need start computer without discs , bought without discs. bought on ebay.

the basic information required missing. operating system?

you press alt + f10 @ boot reinstall on acer.

but if method has been corrupted turning off power, have alternative methods.
