hi have windows 7 pc not able connect internet , whenever  run diagnostic says try switching off router , connect after 10 seconds,or there might problem in cable connected router pc.i have replaced new ethernet wire still cant connect internet.also when used new cable time showed connected couldnt acces internet.

in addition answering questions posed canadian tech, please answer following ...

what make , model of router, shown on label on or bottom of product?

are able connect internet after switch off router, wait 10 seconds, , try again?

or unable connect internet computer?  if yes ...

  • what happened computer shortly before problem started, example:  used registry cleaner/system tuneup program; power surge/power failure; installed or removed software (if so, please specify); removed malware (if so, please specify how accomplished this), etc.
  • is device using ask question here connected internet through same router?  if yes ...
    • are using smart phone/tablet or computer?
    • if you're using computer ...
      • what operating system use (e.g., windows 7, windows 10, osx, etc.)?
      • how connected router (ethernet cable or wifi)?

recently i'm having problems fresh installation of windows 10 pro (3 day ago) win 7 pro key, dont have problems license, , system date, latest drivres versions of programs, said, it's fresh install (the previous installation reason started throwing bsod every time logged in account (by way use local accounts, if thats important problem))  so case is 1.- boot pc 2.- log in 3.- pc usable @ maximum of 1 minute, , open task manager(ctrl+shift+esc)(meanwhile spotify , steam opens , open on boot programs) 4.- pc frozen or unusable (the mouse struggles move , reacts 3 seconds later) 5.- in task manager "client license platform migration tool"(clipup.exe) has 100% of cpu (all 8 cores) "solution" a: try interact task manager , close god damn program , voila can use pc "solution" b: wait 15 20 minutes until program stops running , can use pc i found people "fixed" deleting program tried , cant delet
