Inspirion 15 froze on installing windows after a factory reset - Microsoft Community

recently did factory reset on inspiron 15.  reset completed, froze during widows installation.  have error message saying  

"the computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered unexpected error.  windows installation cannot proceed.  install windows, click "ok" restart computer, restart installation".

well when click on "ok" computer restart , take me same error message

when , why did "factory reset?"

have run mcafee consumer products removal tool since did "factory reset?"
