Windows 10 screensaver - Microsoft Community

windows 10-- many months of operation.  ten days ago, screen saver started “act up”.  motion freeze shortly after screen saver activated.   motion resumes second or two, freezes minute or so, starts again.  if selected display 3d time option, time change every minute or if there no movement.  i have no “extra” hardware attachments, no new software, , no “results” mcafee diagnostics.

1. have made software changes device prior problem?
2. does issue occur on local user account?
3. what troubleshooting steps have done far?
