problems while resetting - Microsoft Community

hey guys,

i did reset on laptop because not working well.... while resetting resetting percentage strucked @ 13% forcefully shut down laptop , when restarted ... says no operating system found..

what should no????????????????????????

able provide complete error message you're getting?

troubleshooting steps have tried far?

in case, you've mentioned in middle of doing reset, recommend perform clean install of windows 10 sort out issue. this, follow advised steps provided andre da costa in wiki article.

note: when making significant changes computer such performing clean install , updating operating system, should backup data.

may refer wiki article greg carmack guidelines.
