Wiondows doesn't see the file?! - Microsoft Community

ok first time ever hapened me, how did succeed such thing. trying move file folder, says used program in same time while no other program either folder open, knew file opened process , since there 1 000 000 processes running @ same time decided easy way, restarting computer, after restart went file delete cause got corrupted somehow , when try delete file, deletes folder same name instead, "what?" recovered folder , tried again cause last time might marked folder , deleted accident, no, did same thing, instead of file deleted folder , when reached @ file delete again, windows says not exists while can see it!!! , it's not shortcut nor ever 1 created, going on?
