Windows 10 Crashed and wont allow me to do anything but restart the PC - Microsoft Community

i playing game when closed , warning came saying windows 10 going attempt fix error on c drive. once had finished loading pc restarted.  after failing load it took me blue screen number of options. e.g reset pc, open command prompt,  restart in safe mode etc  have tried every single option available , of them fail , tell me restart pc may fix problem.  have lost hope c drive recoverable don't have windows key without being able to log in digital license number (upgraded windows 7).   have tried using usb stick windows 10 on boot , wont work off either.

is there ay can recover windows 10 digital key without being able turn pc on?  have found on recovering digital key requires pc operational. is bound microsoft account?
