Emails not downloading to my laptop

there update on laptop 24th feb

i went onto laptop.

all emails hotmail not downloading laptop.

they there before update

they load phone need these on laptop can save.

there important ones. need keep gone how can them back

this happens after microsoft update.

last time lost sent item

which application in windows 10 using access hotmail emails on laptop? using mail app in windows 10, outlook app or browser?
have tried log out , log in on account sync emails?
